At Giniiya.com, we are committed to creating timeless, handcrafted jewelry that reflects quality, precision, and care. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may return or exchange an item.

By purchasing from our website(“Website”), you agree to the terms outlined below.

  1. Return Eligibility

We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our diamond, gold, and silver jewelry. However, due to the made-to-order and high-value nature of our products, returns are only accepted under strict conditions.

A return may be requested if:

  • The item received is defective, damaged during transit, or incorrect (e.g., wrong design, size, or product).
  • You submit a return request within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • The product remains unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item is returned with complete packaging, including all certificates, tags, and invoices provided at the time of delivery.
  • The item has not been customized, engraved, resized, or otherwise modified after purchase.

Mandatory Condition for Return Approval:
To be eligible for return due to damage, defects, or incorrect delivery, customers are required to submit a 360° unboxing video of the sealed package and product. This video serves as proof of condition at the time of opening and is essential for validating any claims.

Return requests that do not meet the above criteria or lack sufficient proof may be denied at the sole discretion of  Giniiya.com

  1. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Customized or engraved jewelry.
  • Made-to-order pieces crafted as per your specifications.
  • Products reported for return after the 48-hour window.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or third-party modifications.
  • Items returned without the original packaging, documentation, or unboxing video (where required).
  1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our support team. After this window, the order may enter production or be dispatched, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

  1. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted under the following conditions:

  • The item is eligible for return based on the criteria mentioned above.
  • The requested replacement item is available in stock.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a store credit or refund may be issued at our discretion.
  1. Return Process

To request a return:

  • Contact our customer support team at support@giniiya.com with your order number, the reason for return, and supporting images or video (including the 360° unboxing video, if applicable).
  • Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive detailed return instructions and a shipping address.
  • In most areas, we will arrange a pickup through our courier partner, and a return shipping fee of ₹80 will be deducted from your refund.
  • If pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to send the product to us yourself using a trusted courier. In such cases, ₹80 will be added to your refund to cover your shipping cost.
  • You must ensure the product is securely packaged, in original condition, and shipped to us with valid tracking.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.

 

  1. Refunds
  • Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, duties, and international surcharges (if any) are non-refundable.
  1. International Returns

For international orders:

  • All return shipping fees, customs duties, and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Refunds will not include any international surcharges, taxes, or fees paid at the time of delivery or return.
